My name is Danielle, I am 20 years old, and I am currently looking for a safe, comfortable room to rent in the Colorado Springs area. I balance a busy work schedule, so during the week I am typically out the door early and look forward to a peaceful, relaxed environment when I get home. In my free time, I love taking advantage of being close to the mountains—whether that means hiking, exploring local coffee spots, or just unwinding with a good book or movie.
As a housemate, cleanliness and mutual respect are very important to me. I always clean up after myself in the kitchen, keep common areas tidy, and am happy to contribute to a shared chore rotation. I love a friendly household where we can chat and share an occasional meal, but I also fully value and respect everyones need for personal space and quiet hours. My lifestyle is quiet and lowkey; I am a nonsmoker, dont throw wild parties, and will always communicate ahead of time if a friend is stopping by. I am also completely petfriendly if you already have furry roommates at home!
Financially, I am highly responsible, reliable with rent. I am looking to move in around 11/23 with a maximum budget of $950 including utilities.
