Seeking roommates for two private bedrooms with a bathroom shared exclusively between the bedrooms. Bright and spacious 2,240sqft 3-story newbuild home in upandcoming beautiful community in Aurora – 30 minutes from downtown Denver! I am renting out two of the top floor bedrooms that share a full bathroom with a tub. Photos and dimensions included – because the home is a new build the photos are from the staged model home. Top floor also features the master bedroom that I am occupying, and inunit laundry. Main floor (2nd level) features spacious, openconcept living, kitchen, and dining room with an attached covered balcony. All new kitchen and home appliances with walk in pantry and massive kitchen island. First floor features front door entry and foyer, garage and backyard access, and guest room. A little about me: Active girly in my early 30’s. I work in hospitality and am newly licensed in cosmetology so I work a fair amount. When Im not working I love to cook and host game, craft, and movie nights. I love live music and going out to shows, checking out new places to eat, hanging out at the local parkscoffeeshops, and being outdoors and active. Im big on community and building healthy relationships. I would love to create a home built on respect, communication, consideration – a place that feels warm and welcoming to all. Im hoping to find roommates that take pride in their living environment, clean up after themselves, and are happy to contribute to keeping shared spaces comfortable and inviting. While I do love all the furry friends this is a pet free home.
