Hi everyone! I’m a 23-year-old master’s student who recently moved to NYC from Canada! I’m currently living in the East Village, but I’ve realized I don’t love living alone and am looking for roommates for a January move-in. I’ll be breaking my current lease in December, and my budget is max $3,000/month. Ideally, I’m looking in FiDi, Chelsea, Hell’s Kitchen, Flatiron, the East Village, LES, or even Williamsburg, but I’m pretty flexible for the right place! A little about me: I’m very outgoing and love going out, meeting new people, and exploring everything NYC has to offer, but I’m also really into fitness and staying active. I love having a social household where people can hang out, grab dinner, or go out together, while also respecting each other’s space and routines. I value keeping shared spaces clean and tidy and am hoping to find roommates who want to be friends, not just people who happen to share an apartment. I’m totally open to co-ed (I grew up with a messy brother, so I can handle it lol) and am really not too picky. I’m open to joining an existing apartment or finding a place together!
