TOWNHOUSE AVAILABLE FOR SUBLET

Descrizione

Looking to sublet 2 bed/1 bath townhouse. $1250 rent + $25/pp for water We are looking to sublet our townhouse off of 14th! We’re hoping for someone to move in at the beginning of November! It’s two bed, one bath - the bedrooms and bathroom are upstairs and the downstairs features exposed brick and an updated kitchen. Willing to leave W&D in basement. Utilities typically run ~$250 for electric, gas, and wifi - which are not included in the price of rent. We have absolutely adored this spot and were planning on staying this year until we had a major life change and have to leave! The neighbors are excellent people and we have truly loved living here.
