2 tech guys in our 20s-30s looking for a third roommate. The two of us are very quiet, typically spending all our time while home in our rooms except when cooking. We're looking for someone with a compatible personality and lifestyle. It's a private room, with a shared kitchen, living room, and balcony. You would be sharing a bathroom with 1 other guy. The complex has a number of other amenities, like a pool and gym. The monthly rent would be $595. Utilities are split three ways, and typically total $100-$125/month per person. There is also a security deposit, which should be around $350. The lease renews in December, and we are looking for someone who is committed to renewing for the following year. But the room is available to move into any time between now and then.
