Seeking room in Manchester Area

Hi. Ed. 27 and an engineering student. I work part time on campus as a teaching assistant.
I dont smoke or use drugs. fairly quiet, I just need somewhere to put my bed and a desk to work or play games. I drink socially, and dont really party. I might have a friend over from tome to time but ive always treated my room as my personal space, not a meeting room. In lieu of employment, I have proof of savings that can be shared upon request.
