I’m a single male Navy veteran, older. Work full time overnights from home - social worker. And pretty busy during the [REDACTED]e been here little more than 12 years. Separate entrance unit. Quiet community. Very close to interstate. I’m looking for a good fit. Seeking responsible tenant who is quiet and have minimal guests. Quiet, considerate tenants. My preference is long term rental for right fit. I’m open to short term. Rental is month to month. MARTA bus stop is very easy walk up street. I have vid of room to send when numbers. The application process, I’ll need your last 2 pay stubs and a copy of your ID. You’ll need to make 2 times the rent. Application fee is $30.
