BUDGET 700 But can negotiate. Hi, my name is George. I’m a 38-year-old working professional truck driver and warehouse worker. Looking for a room to rent, with a budget of around $600 per month. I’m clean, respectful, reliable, and believe honesty, communication, and privacy are important when sharing a home with someone. I’m outgoing and friendly, but I also respect personal space and understand that everyone needs time to themselves. I take my responsibilities seriously, have steady employment, and I’m focused on building a stable and positive future. I’m looking for a comfortable living situation with someone who is equally respectful and willing to communicate and work together to make the arrangement successful for everyone. I’m eager to move and open to discussing details, expectations, and anything else that would help determine if we would be a good fit as roommates. Occasionally, maybe once a week at most I'll have my 15 month old son. It's very rare that he would be at the home though because I mainly spend my time with him elsewhere.
