This is one of the coolest spaces, I’m told. Jaws drop when people enter. It’s a fully furnished laneway house/studio that converts to a gallery/event venue. I am looking to rent it out for up to months or just a few. I’m flexible. The space is modular. It looks like a luxe hotel room, but converts to a studio/gallery. All high-gloss white, it has a Queen-sized murphy bed, full kitchen, 65“ TV, giant cloud couch, laundry and full bathroom. And a private backyard. It is fully insulated, the entire floor is heated and a secondary heating system can get the place up to 100 degrees if you like. It also has air conditioning and a state of the art lighting system. It is all new, with a code lock and lots of storage. The property is in the coveted west end Dufferin Grove neighbourhood. It is a less than 5-minute walk to the subway. About a 10-minute walk to the UP airport express and within walking distance of many of the city’s best restaurants, bars, vintage shopping as well as galleries and the other hottest downtown neighbourhoods, including Ossington, Queen W., College W, Dundas W. and so many hidden speakeasies and restos.
