We are about a mile from Englewood RTD Station, and about the same to south Broadway which has nice dining options. We are a 5-minute drive from Walmart, and King Soopers. There is a pleasant bike/foot path that is also close. The community is quiet with personable neighbors. Furnished: Queen size bed with mattress, mattress cover, 2 pillows, a dresser, side tables, desk, and Fire TV. Linens, bedding, and bath towels provided if needed. Shared, kitchen with dedicated fridge for the tenants. There is a dishwasher, full size and toaster ovens, microwave, and filtered water dispenser. Shared upstairs dining and living room. There is a living room in the basement where we will be staying, so there is plenty of room in the house. Off street parking. Vape friendly, but no smoking in the house. No pets.
We are a couple living in the house, we stay in the basement. We do gym time in the early morning and keep daytime hours. We tend to be quiet and entertain rarely. There is also a second bedroom upstairs that will have a roommate in it.
