Hi everyone! 🤗My name is Isabella, I’m 23, and I recently moved to Tampa from New Mexico about a month ago. I currently work full-time at a car dealership and live with my brother, who is 25 and works full-time in management. We’re looking for a roommate for our house in the Old Seminole Heights area. Ideally, we’d like someone who is clean, respectful, easygoing, and either works full-time or is in school full-time. It’s a good-sized 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom house, and we currently have 1 bedroom available. • Rent: $950/month
• Security deposit: $500
• Total move-in cost: $1,450
• Shared downstairs bathroom
• Washer and dryer in the house
