Hi, my name is Zach. I am a 32-year old professional. I am looking for a roommate. The room is in Little Rock and is available starting in October. The house is a nice brick home in Hillcrest and is around 1,200 square feet. The second bedroom has its own walk-in closet and full bathroom. The rent is $700 a month, and all the utilities total to around $200~ but that varies given how crazy the weather gets. I have all the utilities in my name, so you don't have to worry about that. Also, there’s a deposit of $500. Bonus is that most of the house is already furnished outside of the bedroom in question. I’d prefer no pets, and there is no smoking inside the house, but there is a large backyard and room for an outdoor sitting area.
