We are a quiet two-adult care household seeking medium to long-term accommodation. Matt Dowley has provided continuous full-time care for Lana Walder since September 2025. Our previous tenancy was lawfully terminated on 25 August 2026 under the Domestic Violence provisions of the Residential Tenancies Act 2010 (NSW), supported by an unblemished payment record. Lana is currently recovering from emergency surgery undertaken in July 2026. Both applicants receive Centrelink benefits, with applications for Carer Payment and Disability Support Pension in progress. The household maintains a low-impact lifestyle with no pets and no regular visitors. Bond and rent in advance are available immediately.
