5 min walk to hip Franklin St and less hip Manhattan Ave, 10 min walk to G train, 15 min walk to Bedford L train. Bathroom is next to your room and shared.
Utilities included within reason. Existing tenants 49 yo female and 64 yo male, there separately and not every day. Looking for 35+ female roommate only, no work from home (Friday ok).
