I’m a recent college graduate who’s looking for someone to help make California rent more bearable. I tend to be pretty quiet and laid back. I don’t care too much about what you do so long as you’re not super loud, messy, or smoke. The apartment complex is located at 2935 W Lancaster Blvd, which for some reason doesn't appear in the locations list. The apartment is a 2 bed 2 bath and the extra room currently has all of my old furniture from college, which is free for you to use should you wish- currently a full-size bed, a nightstand, dresser, tv, and desk (which was previously being used as a dining-room table and can be seen in the photos of the kitchen). There is an n-unit washer and dryer. Electricity and internet are not included in rent, which we can split. You have to get added to the lease, which will require the property to perform a background and credit check on you. You may or may not have to pay a security deposit depending on your credit.
