The room is a good size; it can easily fit a queen-size bed, a dresser and a desk. The previous tenant left their desk which I'm leaving for you to keep if needed. It's a computer desk in great condition as you can see in the pictures. It comes with a closet that I bought for it. I've been living here for 5 years and just renewed the lease for another year so whoever moves in must join the lease. The landlord is extremely flexible and will approve you with normal credit and a solid income. I have a dog and pets are welcome as long as is a small dog or cat. My dog is 25 lbs, so same size or smaller are welcome. He's extremely friendly with other dogs or cats. The previous tenant had two cats, and they got along really well.
