Studio Apartment at Foundry Lofts

Hello! My name is Megan, and I am a graduate student at U of M. I am currently living in a studio apartment at Foundry Lofts, but I will be moving out at the end of December when I graduate. I’m looking for someone to take over my lease beginning in January. The apartment is on the top floor and right next to the shared rooftop patio! The unit has central heat and A/C and an in-unit washer/dryer. Foundry also has tons of amenities, including a hot tub, rooftop patios, grilling areas, a 24/7 gym, multiple study/work spaces, and a computer lab. Studios at Foundry can be difficult to get, so this is a great opportunity to lock one down. You would also have the option to re-sign for the same unit after my lease ends if you want to stay longer-term. Rent is $2,475/month, plus $250/month for my designated parking spot in Foundry’s climate-controlled garage. I’ve really loved living in this apartment and am sad to leave it, so I’m hoping to find someone great to take it over! Feel free to reach out with any questions.
