The private bedroom is located in a comfortable Hollywood home with a shared bathroom.

Unlike many rentals that require first month, last month and security deposit, only two months are required to move in — not three.

I will be selective in choosing the right roommate. This is a shared home, so finding someone responsible, compatible and respectful is important.

Applicants must:

Have stable, full-time employment
Provide verifiable proof of income
Primarily work outside the home
Be clean and respectful of shared areas
Respect the privacy and comfort of others
Be comfortable with a quiet and peaceful household
Successfully complete a background screening as part of the application process

A background check will be required before final approval. Employment and income information may also be verified as part of the screening process.

The room is particularly suitable for a professional who travels frequently and wants a comfortable, quiet place to call home while in South Florida.
