2B 2BA Condo; dog friendly, Oct 1

I'll be in a 2bed 2bath condo right across from Nike (close to LeBron James building- where I’ll be working), and I’m looking for a roommate! Ideally, you: • have a small dog that can hang out with my miniature dachshund Reece during the day:) she sorta is a menace with cats, so that probably won’t work out. • in your 20s/30s • clean + tidy; good communicator • willing to help furnish the shared living spaces • LGBTQ friendly The rent will be $872.50/month + utilities. It’s a nice space on the second floor with a fireplace, kitchen with dishwasher+microwave+nice sink, washer + dryer in unit, and a patio. I am moving from Michigan into the condo at the end of September and it is currently unfurnished. More about me! I love to get outdoors and go on hikes. I try to do as much as possible with my dog Reece, so I usually am trying to find places that are dog friendly for her (she goes almost everywhere with me). I enjoy reading, doing rec sports leagues (sand volleyball anyone?), playing video games with friends, going to the gym, and having girls nights. I’ll probably be going into Portland a decent amount to have fun (heard it’s more fun over there!). If you’re interested in being my roommate please let me know!
