Hi everyone! We're looking for one female roommate to join our 3B2B apartment in Inglewood for one year!
We are two female LMU SFTV Film Production graduate students, and we'd love to find another friendly roommate to join us.
Rent: $927.70/month
Utilities (including Wi-Fi & Drinking water): Approximately $110/month, depending on usage, split by everyone equally. Move in - ASAP. About the room:
You'll have your own private bedroom
You'll share a bathroom with me
The apartment is shared by 3 people total
There is a common space for laundry operated via an app.
The apartment complex is gated.
