Lease Takeover

Hi all, I’m looking for someone or someones to take over my lease in Parkside Place Cary. This is a 2bd 2ba apartment on the first floor. The rent is $1710 a month and includes sewer, pest control, and garbage. Water is also included, but it fluctuates so the price will be different. This is a pet friendly complex, but limited to 2 pets per apartment unless you get an ESA letter for your pets. Ideally I would want someone to move in by October, but I’m flexible.
