Looking for 1 FEMALE roommate only no more than one in San Jose or San Marco— preferably close to my job. One on one roomy situation.
Some that takes bi weekly payments I’m looking for a safe, emotionally and physically secure living environment with someone genuinely flexible, respectful, quiet, and easygoing. I’m introverted, low-energy, predictable, rational, and usually stay in my own bubble. I’m not looking to be chatty or become friends — just mutual respect and a peaceful home. $550–$700/month, NO deposit. I’m looking for a room, not apartment-level pricing. I’m comfortable $200 biweekly for the first month to test the waters, but I need something that is confirmed/secure before I move in. I’m very close to my deadline and ideally need to move within 1–2 days so I can be close to work. Preferably my own bathroom. A home that feels like I call it my home rather than feeling I’m living in someone’s home.
