Happy to hang with roomies and have friends over occasionally but don’t host parties. I’m okay with pets and don’t smoke. Looking for a place close to transit in Astoria or LIC. Shorter-term 3-6 months or month-to-month. Shared outdoor space or private bathroom would be a bonus.
