Fully furnished basement/ room for rent with private bar area (sink, counter, fridge, dishes, utensils, some plug-in appliances, etc.), bathroom, and mostly private workspace/ living area. Fully functional space that is already set up and move-in ready. What you see pictured is what is included. It is about 750 square feet of space. Basic cleaning/ upkeep of your space is expected. You are welcome to schedule a time to borrow the washer/dryer upstairs (generally easiest to have a set day of the week that is always yours, but we are flexible with logistics). Pets will be considered on a case-by-case basis. The house has two dogs and a cat that live upstairs, so it is dependent on compatibility. Guests must have pre-approval to enter the house because the front entrance is shared. We have young kids and are wary of people we don’t know around them. This is a mostly private basement space. We are down in the utility closet for things like changing filters, turning off water for projects, and seasonal decorations. We just go into the utility closet that has an entrance right next to the stairway, we will not be hanging out in that space at all. Close to Trader Joe's, trails, and Horsetooth Lake. 10 to 15-minute drive or bike ride to the CSU campus. No smoking or vaping of any kind. $1300 with utilities included for a single person. About us: We are a young family looking for someone to rent the basement space. Kids and pets live here, and we strive to foster a safe and welcoming home environment.
