11x12 bedroom with attached bathroom. In-unit Washer and Dryer. Ethernet hookups in both rooms. Large kitchen and common space. Extensive community amenities such as: monthly farmers market, pools, parks, fitness areas, club house, and more. I’m a working professional in my early 30s and work remotely in the creative/video industry. I’m pretty laid-back, clean, respectful of shared spaces, and generally like having a relaxed home environment. I’m friendly and happy to chat or hang out occasionally. That being said I also value privacy and independence and don’t expect roommates to be best friends or constantly socialize. I’m looking for someone similarly respectful, responsible, and easy to live with. I keep things fairly quiet during the workweek, but I’m not looking for a completely silent household either, as I don’t mind a reasonable amount of noise. Mostly just looking to create a comfortable home where everyone can do their own thing and get along.
