Available now, room in Country Park Club (close to Ktown and Midcity). The spacious house is located in a quiet residential neighbourhood that is also really central and easy to get to any part of LA. Also walkable to public transit, grocery, banks, restaurants, gas station, spas, etc. Nearest main cross streets are Olympic & Western. The room is available unfurnished or furnished with a full size bed and dresser. Bathroom is shared with 3 roommates. Extremely quiet and serene. Ample workspace throughout the house, large kitchen with granite counter tops, laundry on, secluded backyard with patio, fire pit, wood deck, and a large garden. 2 parking spots available in car port, shared with 1 roommate + possibility to get a street parking permit for longer stays. The house & creative backhouse are shared with 4 other creative females in their mid-to-late 20s. If you are interested, please send a message including your situation!
