The downstairs bathroom is directly next to the room within an enclosure and would mostly be used by whoever is residing in the downstairs room since we have other bathrooms upstairs. ABOUT THE AREA:
We live in a lovely brand new home in a new housing development just 2 miles to local grocery stores, various eateries, gas station, entertainment, and the 215 freeway in Perris, Ca (South Perris/Sun City very near Menifee). WHAT'S INCLUDED:
The rent includes basic utilities, nearby parking, AC, laundry, use of kitchen and patio area. For recreation there are nearby parks, fitness centers, bike trails, walk trails, it's relaxing to just sit out in the backyard in the mornings and observe people in hot air balloons and skydiving while it's still cool outside.
