Hey everyone! My name is Landon I am a 22 year old electrician that just graduated from CSP. I recently bought a house and I’m looking to rent out 3 rooms, and I do have a small lease that would need to be signed by everybody before moving in. I’m open to 9 to 12 month leases, and looking to have people move in at the beginning of September. Rent is 750 per room. This is a Pet friendly home if the pet is friendly…lol also house trained. The house is located near Concordia Saint Paul MN. I am looking for people that are clean and respectful, and have a clean background. People who can take care of themselves and have jobs or financial support. This post is directed towards college students, but anyone 20-30 age is completely acceptable. i’m looking to a group of three, but I do not care if it is just one person and we find more people, but I’m looking to fill up all three rooms. I have a beautiful girlfriend of a few years and we are both completely fine with this arrangement. She will not be living in the house, but she will be coming and going. I am an older brother and I love the to duck hunt. I am a follower of Christ and will not accept anyone who disrespects that.
