Hi, we just moved into our new place a few days ago and are hoping to find someone who may be interested in taking over the remainder of our apartment lease. It’s a 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom apartment in a really convenient location, just minutes from Costco, Whole Foods, restaurants, and several shopping plazas. It’s in the famous Sycamore School District. The apartment is on the 2nd floor of a 3-story building and has a private balcony overlooking a quiet, wooded area, so it’s peaceful and private. The lease runs through January 2027, and the new tenant would have the option to renew with the leasing office afterward. The rent is also a little below the current market rate since we signed our lease during a lower-demand period. We’re hoping to make the transition as easy as possible and are leaving our security deposit with the management, so the new tenant would not need to pay a new deposit upfront.You can collect it when moving out.
