We’re looking for someone to rent a room in our spacious 4-bedroom 2,817 square feet home in University City! 📍 Located in a great central spot—about 15–20 minutes from Pacific Beach and La Jolla, with easy access to freeways, shopping, and restaurants. You’ll be living with three women who are all working professionals in their late 20s to early 30s. The house has a great balance—everyone is friendly, respectful, and genuinely gets along, but also has their own lives and independence. It’s a drama-free house with clean shared spaces and really great vibes. Details:
• 📅 Preferred move-in: September 1, but we’re flexible for the right person anytime after August 22
• 💰 Rent: $1,308/month + utilities (typically $100–200/month, depending on the season and A/C usage; includes Wi-Fi)
• 🛏️ Private bedroom with a shared bathroom (shared with one other roommate)
