The $550 monthly rent includes all utilities: electricity, natural gas, water, trash pickup, landline phone, lawn mowing, pest control, and high speed internet wifi. House has whole house water softener and filtered reverse osmosis water spigot. So no need to buy bottled water. Small pets OK (small dog or cat) Will also have use of common areas: laundry room with washer/dryer, family room, kitchen, dining room, and back yard with patio. Housemates include both students and professionals, all low drama.
References and proof of income required. First to put down the $250 deposit and $100 toward first months rent whose references check out will get the room. Other part of rent due at move in.
