I’m looking for a female roommate for a 1 Bedroom/2 Bath with Balcony in Unit 303 of 13 MacGregor Ct, Londonderry, NH. It is available for
move in as soon as Aug 15th (with pro-rated rent for the last two weeks
of August). 1 Year lease (your name can be on the lease)
Students welcome!
The rent is $920.00/month due on the 1st of every month, utility bills not
included.
There is a one month Security deposit which will be due with the first month
rent ($ = $1,840.00 due prior to moving in)
Here’s what you can expect (approximately) for utility expenses:
WiFi: $100.00/month (divided by 2 roommates is $50 apiece)
Heat: $50.00/month (divided by 2 roommates is $25 apiece)
