E Unit: Private bedroom in a 2 bed / 2 bath apartment (each room has its own bathroom)
17 Lease term: Aug 2026 - July 2027
• Rent: $1030 + utilities
(each person has an individual lease for their own bedroom and bathroom)
e the unit is in a quiet corner with lots of parking year around
Apartment features:
• Fully furnished common areas
• In-unit washer & dryer
• Fitness center, pool, and study spaces
• Great location with easy access to campus/area spots
• The complex has its own free bus that takes you to Kennesaw campus
• super close to a kroger, home depot, starbucks, and walgreens (all walking distance)
