Please note that the property is not on a bus route, so a car is required. Free off-street parking is available. The Room & Bathroom: - Fully furnished with a twin bed, small desk, nightstand, dresser, large futon, closet, mini fridge, ceiling fan, easy to clean LVP flooring, and a TV with Roku. - Semi-Private bathroom located immediately adjacent to the room. Amenities & Outdoor Space: - Access to a backyard deck, grill, and garden. - Limited kitchen privileges - No on- washer/dryer access, but a laundromat is located 5 miles away. Rental Terms: - Rent: $1,000 per month. - Utilities: Included (includes electricity, gas, water, internet, and common area maintenance). - Deposit: $1,000 security deposit plus the first month's rent required upon signing. - Lease Term: 3-month minimum contract. House Rules & Tenant Preferences: - Looking for a quiet, clean, organized, and respectful student or professional. - Must be a pet lover. - No smoking indoors, no heavy drinking, no illegal drugs, and no firearms. - Occasional daytime guests are permitted, but no overnight guests or large parties. - The tenant is responsible for cleaning the room, bathroom, and common areas after use.
