Need a private room on the beach

Professional lady, no kids or pets, very quiet, easygoing, calm, clean, respectful, reliable, and friendly. I've lived in Miami Beach for almost 2 decades, and I love it. I don't smoke or do drugs; I only drink outside sometimes, and I don't bring the party or guests home. I just need a place to rest when I'm not working, so my home is my sanctuary. I like to stay month to month, but I always end up staying 2-3 years or more. Solid roommate with good references, income, clean background, and funny stories to boot. Ideally, looking for a private room with a private bath (and I love a private entrance too). Anything from Mid Beach to Sunny Isles, North Bay Village, North Beach, and Bay Harbor Islands (I love being close to the beach).
