Need someone to take over lease

I’m a fourth year, almost to be finished, UC Davis student and I’m looking for someone who would be able to take over my lease. I renewed my lease around February but then I changed my mind since I’ll be finished with my summer session 1 (around August 5th for me). The rent rate is around $1,208 plus utilities, has a pool, and the place is Oakshade Commons with a townhouse layout. Let me know if you’re interested in taking over my lease.
