Room for rent in quiet and respectful home Spacious bedroom (approx 12 x 12) with wood flooring available in a clean, quiet & peaceful home. The room is located away from the other bedrooms, offering added privacy. Semi private bathroom (it’s the guest bathroom but we don’t have guests often). We’re a quiet, respectful, full time working mom and adult son looking for a female roommate with a similar laid-back, considerate personality to share our home. Included: * Kitchen access, own fridge and cabinet space. * Laundry use.
* Utilities included.
* Parking available in front of house. The room is unfurnished. The bed in the pictures will be removed. We’re looking for someone who values a calm, drama-free living environment. No smoking, partying, or overnight guests. References are requested. If you think you’d be a good fit, we’d love to hear from you! PS. We have a sweet, old & friendly lab you’ll need to be ok with. Available 8/1.
1 year lease minimum. $1,200/month + $500 deposit.
