Hello, I am renting out a room in my house with a private bathroom, and there is only one other roommate, Ruth (40). She is kind, hospitable, and respectful. She does not smoke or drink.The third bedroom is used as an office. There are two dogs, each about 45 lbs. Very friendly and mature, very clean. Ruth even wipes their feet when they come in from outside. They mostly sleep. All utilities and internet included. Garage or driveway parking. Community includes a pool, hot tub, pickleball courts, basketball court, playgrounds, grills, walking trails, and lots of green space. Refundable deposit.
