Boat ramp available. $300 dollar deposit that is refundable upon moving out as long as your portion of rent is paid. No felons or criminals. Must present a reference, credit score, and proof of income and be willing to sign a contract. The deposit will not be refunded to you if you decide to bail out on moving in. I have a great mindset and enjoy being around people who want to succeed and value mutual respect and truth. I have a high degree of integrity and stand for what's right and wrong. Drama and controlling free here. 420 friendly as long as it does not affect your bills. I prefer to have a woman roommate to add balance to the house.
