Hi! I’m Ali (32). I live here with my friendly German Shepherd puppy, Rocky, and I’m looking for one or two responsible, respectful roommates to share our Westminster home.
I work a hybrid schedule, love hiking, camping, and the occasional bar hop, and I keep a clean, organized, and positive living space. The house has a great vibe and a real community feel.
What’s available: Two private bedrooms
Shared bathroom
Shared main entrance, kitchen, upstairs living/TV areas, and a large backyard Details: Rent: $1,000 per room / month
Utilities: Not included (we can discuss fair splitting)
Move-in: September 1st
Lease: 6 months (option to extend)
Space: Unfurnished bedrooms
Parking: Driveway space included (garage space negotiable)
Pets: Pet-friendly (Rocky is already here and loves company!) House rules (simple & respectful):
