In need of 3rd roommate!

Heyo!! Just as a disclaimer, there's two people currently moving out of the apartment. The last two pictures are the rooms available! And the bedroom in the last picture will be empty before move-in. At the moment, my best friend Nick and I live in this apartment. We're both chill and reasonable people, we love to nerd out (especially about theater and music). But more importantly, we're apart of the LGBTQ+ and would love to share our space with someone who's on the same wavelength/supportive in general! We don't have any pets currently, but we're open to bringing animals into the apartment! We do have a bit of storage space in our basement, which is where our washer and dryer unit is located!
