Private room and bathroom for rent

Female roommate wanted. 1 private bedroom and bathroom available. My home is furnished, but the bedroom and bathroom are not. Utilities and WiFi included. You would have a space to park in the driveway and I have a washer and dryer as well. I have four indoor cats who would not go into your private areas as there are doors in place that stay shut to them.They are very friendly and keep to themselves. I do have a list of house rules, and I require proof of income and two references. There are two cabinets available for storage in the kitchen, as well as room in the pantry and fridge. There is a bedroom closet and room under the sink in what would be your bathroom. I keep a very clean place and I’m easy to get along with.
