The three of us are urgently looking for a 3-bedroom rental available by next week. Our lease was unexpectedly canceled by the property management company just 5 days before our scheduled move-in (we were supposed to move in this Monday) due to “maintenance issues.” Unfortunately, we were left without any accommodations or assistance, so we’re now scrambling to find a place on very short notice. We are all Boise State graduates with stable full-time jobs, excellent rental history, and are respectful, clean, and quiet tenants. We take pride in taking great care of the homes we live in.
