no photos yet! will upload as soon as i can. address: 111 cooper street, Ottawa. i have a shared apartment unit that i need a female to take over from september 1st 2026, to april 28th 2027. its a student housing apartment building, so its very safe and everyone there is nice. -i have a very sweet female roommate (23 yrs old). she’s quiet and clean
-5-10 min walk to UOttawa
-rent is $1340 all inclusive, fully furnished. washer and dryer are provided on main floor, but you must pay to use them (i’ve never used them so i’m not sure now much it costs, but you pay for the weight of the load)
-shared bathroom, kitchen and living room.
-15th floor, beautiful view. i don’t have any photos at the moment, but please message me and i’ll provide them! i am not in ottawa anymore so i’m waiting for my roommate to send me photos of the apartment. however, you can quickly visit the 1eleven student housing to see the overall building and my room type (double platinum).
