Hi, I have a 3 bed 1 and half bath available. Prefer older couples, or gov’t assistant clients,but not opposed to younger friends or family. I have strict rules for my program. No loud noise after 9pm til 9am. ABSOLUTELY NO GUEST INSIDE HOME after 5pm. Property will be equipped with cameras in all entry ways and in open spaces like living room, dining room, kitchen, and hallways. Property is 90% ready at the moment, no furniture yet in place. If you have your own. It has to be new as far as beds. Otherwise all rooms will be furnished. Each room will have its own key entrance. ABSOLUTELY NO DRUGS OR ALCOHOL PROHIBITED INSIDE property. Must be respectful to others. Clean behind yourself at all times. Any complaints, 1 warning and after that you will be kicked out of the program.
