Hi, my name is Trent. I am a 52-year old professional. I am looking for a roommate. I have 2 rooms on the 2nd floor. Rooms are to close to share, so they're both available to you. Monthly rent is $1000, split water and electricity. Wifi is free. It's an up-to-date townhouse, garage (not available) on 1st, master, kitchen and living room on 2nd and 2 rooms for rent on 3rd floor. Rooms have gables and each have closets, nice lighting. A/C works well and place is as cold as you like it. Kitchen is early 2000's style, light wood, countertops, stainless steel appliances. Fireplace which never gets used (we live in Florida!!) makes it look homey and comfy. Balcony on 2nd floor and an open staircase to the 3rd floor where your rooms would be. Parking can be an extra $100 to park infront of townhouse or park a few buildings away for free. Staircase up to 2nd (living) floor. Townhouse community is very nice and well kept. Lot's of trees, grassy areas, sidewalks. Restaurants and shops within walking distance. See pictures for more. Need to clean out the room on the right and will upload better pics soon.
