Hello! I am a female in my early 30s looking for someone to join me in an existing lease. My old roommate is leaving at the end of the lease, so now I am on the look out for a new roommate to move in Beginning of August. The unit is a 2 bedroom 2 bath gated condo unit in Northeast Colorado Springs. The kitchen is spacious, and the living room/dining room are beautiful as well. I don't have any pets, I am fairly quiet and keep to myself, and seek to be a good roommate. I'm looking for someone who shares an idea of mutual respect as roommates. What I'm looking for in a roommate is someone who wants to share this beautiful unit, has at least a 600 credit score and paystubs to show proof of employment. There is a no prior eviction clause in the lease as well and a deposit of $847.50 due upon move in. Rent is $890 a month (including water, renters insurance and payment fee) and gas/electric are separate. Don't be shy, say hi! This is a much better solution than VERY similar prices just to share one room in a house of 6-8 people.
