I’m looking to rent a room while I pay down debt. I have a soon-to-be 18 year old daughter who might stay over with me (highly doubt it though) and I have a small 6 pound dog. My dog is potty trained and only pees on her pee pads. I work full time and spend a lot of time with my family or reading books
