Looking for a dog loving roommate

Hey everyone! I’m looking for a roommate to join me in my amazing East Austin rental starting August 1st (open to discussing the start date).
The Timeline & Situation:
* Lease Term: This is a 10m0nth - 1 year max opportunity. Transparently, I plan to move in with my boyfriend after this upcoming year and his lease ends May 31st.
* Move-out date: Looking for someone who would want to stay until May 31st, but we can absolutely discuss a July 31st move-out if that fits your schedule better!
About the House:
* The Space: 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom single-family home. It’s beautifully updated, modern, and has a great open layout.
* Perks: Features a huge backyard with a little deck space, a large kitchen with a gas stove, smart light switches, and the house uses Fiber
* The Landlords: Literally amazing and incredibly easy to work with. Major bonus: they handle all of the lawn care/mowing, so you never have to worry about yard work!
* Location: Located on a quiet street in a fantastic, walkable pocket of 78702. Super close to the East Side hotspots, downtown, and parks.
Rent: $1650 per person ($3300 total for the house, so just split) + utilities
About the Furry Roommate & Pets:
* You’ll be sharing the space with just me and Daisy, my sweet German Shepherd mix!
* Because Daisy is already holding down the fort, I prefer looking for someone who does not have pets of their own. However, the landlords are wonderfully animal-friendly, so I'm open to discussing it if it's the right fit.
