Hi! My friend and I are looking for someone to share our apartment. It’s a 2-bedroom, 1-bath unit, and we’ll be sharing the other room. We’ve already signed the lease and plan to move in by the second week of July. (preferably female) It’s located in the Santa Clara area. Rent is $1,350/month. Street parking is available.
